Betsy Berry has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the fashion and design industry. betsy started their career as an Intern at Taglia Shirts, where they gained exposure to small business and custom design. betsy then worked as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret, where they assisted customers and contributed to visual merchandising. Betsy later joined Carole Hochman Design Group, starting as an Assistant Designer and quickly progressing to an Associate Designer, responsible for designing ranges for major accounts. betsy then worked as a Casual Lecturer at Coleg Sir Gar, teaching design and illustration to students. Betsy then joined KSJ Knitwear as a Designer, collaborating with the head of design to create a women's sweater range. betsy'srole involved merchandise planning and creating new palettes based on color forecasting. Betsy then joined International Greetings UK Ltd as a Senior Design Manager, where they managed a team of designers and collaborated with international accounts to create presentations in the greetings industry. betsy'sresponsibilities also included working with technical specialists and account managers to oversee the product development process. Currently, Betsy is working at Horizon Group USA as the Senior Director of Product Development, leading product development initiatives within the company.
