Brittany McKeon Tyer, MSW, LCSW, is a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist at Horizon Health Corporation since December 2022. Previously, Brittany served as a Therapist at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. from September 2020 to December 2022. Additional experience includes graduate student internships at UNC Lenoir Health Care Cancer Center and UNC Lenoir Health Care, as well as an internship with Habitat for Humanity.
