Megan Landreth

Megan Landreth is the lead attorney in Horizon’s in-house legal department.

As Government Relations Director, Megan also meets regularly with advocacy coalitions and local legislators regarding laws, policies and regulations related to behavioral healthcare.

Megan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. Megan practiced law in Pittsburgh and Nashville before joining Horizon in 2015, and is an active volunteer in her children’s school district and at the University of Buffalo School of Law.
