Aisha Thomas-Petit

Aisha Thomas-Petit currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since February 2024. In addition, Aisha holds various board positions, including member of The Opportunity Network and NJCU Foundation, as well as Commissioner of the Rahway Housing Authority, focusing on affordable housing solutions. Aisha's previous roles include Chief People & Diversity Officer at AMC Networks and Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at ADP. With extensive experience in human resources and diversity initiatives, Aisha has also contributed as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University. Aisha holds an MBA from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Syracuse University.
