Athena Patrikios

Athena Patrikios has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Athena started their career in 2007 as a Managed Care Resident at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Athena then transitioned to various roles within the company, including Clinical Pharmacist, Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations-Medicare, and ultimately Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs and Operations-Medicare. Athena has been with the company since 2007 and has made significant contributions to their clinical pharmacy programs and operations.

Athena Patrikios completed their education at Rutgers University, where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from 2001 to 2007. Athena later pursued further education at Rutgers Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2020 and 2022. In addition to their formal education, Athena also obtained a certification in "The Six Biases of Decision-Making" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
