Erica Weickhardt

Erica Weickhardt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales and Account Management for Large Group Markets at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since July 2005. In this role, Erica leads the commercial business for the large group market and Taft Hartley Labor, while directing strategic account plans for large employers and fostering a high-performing team.
