Felisha Way

Felisha Way, MBA, has extensive experience in the healthcare insurance sector, currently serving as the Manager of BCBS Association Policy at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since May 2015. Previously, Felisha was the Association Payment Programs Manager at the same organization and worked at EmblemHealth as a Project Leader, where management of the Medicare Advantage Renewal project was a key responsibility. Felisha’s career at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield began in 1997, progressing through roles such as BlueCard Technical Service Operations Manager and Project Manager. Felisha holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and Healthcare Administration from Saint Peter's University, along with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and additional education from Dowling College and Rutgers University - Newark.
