Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for HRIS & Shared Services at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since July 2010, prior roles include Business Development Director at RCM Technologies and various project management positions at notable organizations such as Windham School District, Spectrum Health System, and Honeywell. Gregg Quinn holds a BS in Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
