Iris Novas Cooney

Iris Novas Cooney, RDH, MAOM, currently serves as the Manager of Community Health Education at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, focusing on government programs and community outreach since February 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Health Education Consultant and Research Associate at NYU Langone Medical Center, as well as positions held as an independent healthcare contractor and several dental hygienist roles from 1999 to 2013. Iris holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a focus on Health Care Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management, and an Associate of Science in Applied Science with a specialization in Dental Hygiene, all from accredited institutions.
