Liz Rubin

Liz Rubin has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Liz began their career at NYLCare Health Systems as an Analyst - Manager and worked there from August 1995 to August 1998. Liz then joined Empire BlueCross BlueShield as an Assistant Vice President, focusing on medical economic capabilities and leading cross-functional initiatives for the medical cost forum. Liz joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in January 2006, where they started as the Senior Director of Analytics for the healthcare management division. Liz later became the lead for Advanced Analytics - Performance, emphasizing analytics business consultation and collaborative support aligned with corporate strategy.

Liz Rubin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Emory University, which they obtained in 1992. Liz then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Management and Applied Economics from Columbia University, completing it in 1995.
