Richard Moy

Richard Moy is an experienced professional in business process improvement and project management, currently serving as Business Process Implementation Manager II at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since September 2013. Richard is responsible for conducting data collection and analyses to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.
