Santo Barravecchio

Santo Barravecchio has gained significant experience in human resources throughout their career. Santo started in 1998 as a Director of Human Resources at Atlas Air, where they also took on responsibilities in labor relations and benefits. Santo then transitioned to JetBlue Airways in 2001, initially as a Director of Compensation, Benefits & Compliance and later as a Vice President in the same department. At JetBlue Airways, they played a key role in establishing and leading various specialized areas within HR. In 2008, Barravecchio joined Dun & Bradstreet as a Vice President, where they served as the Chief of Staff in Human Resources and later managed the corporate talent function. Since 2017, they have been working at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as a Vice President of Human Resources. Overall, Barravecchio has had a diverse range of HR roles at different companies and has demonstrated strong skills in leadership, talent management, and strategic decision-making.

Santo Barravecchio received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Cornell University ILR School. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from St. John's University School of Law.
