Brian James

Brian James is an experienced product developer and business owner in the hobby industry, with a focus on radio control helicopters and multi-rotor models. Since February 2021, Brian has worked at Horizon Hobby as a Product Developer. Prior to this role, Brian owned Fast Heli Distribution, Inc., a distribution company started after nearly 12 years in the industry, and served as Sales Manager. Brian held several positions at Horizon Hobby from May 2012 to October 2015 as Category Manager for helicopters, where responsibilities included overseeing product planning and supporting a team of developers. Earlier experience includes General Manager at Miniature Aircraft USA and Phone Tech at HeliProz. Brian's educational background includes studies in General Education at Grossmont College and Grossmont High School.
