Sarah Crowder Ms, Ccc-Slp

Sarah Crowder, MS, CCC-SLP, serves as the Director of Rehabilitation Services and Speech-Language Pathologist at Horizon Home Health and Hospice since October 2015. Previously, Sarah held the position of Speech-Language Pathologist at Genesis Rehab Services from January 2014 to October 2015 and at Malheur Education Service District from August 2011 to January 2014. Sarah attained a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in 2013 and a Post-Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Idaho State University in 2011, following a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oregon State University in 2006.
