Scott Woolley

Scott Woolley has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on home health and hospice care. Scott began their career as the CEO of Heritage Home Care Services, where they played a key role in building one of Utah's largest and most successful home health agencies. In 2003, Scott became the President of Horizon Hospice Specialists, where they delivered high-quality hospice care and earned recognition as "Best in Class" by Pinnacle Quality Insights. Scott then went on to serve as the President of Horizon Home Health and later joined the Board of Directors at Arches Health Plan. Additionally, Scott has shared their expertise and knowledge as an Adjunct Faculty member at Brigham Young University.

Scott Woolley earned an MBA in Health Care Administration from Brigham Young University between 1988 and 1990.
