Ildiko Pikali has a diverse work experience in the field of life enrichment programming for senior living communities. Ildiko currently holds the position of Director of Life Enrichment at Horizon House (CCRC) since January 2022.
Prior to their current role, Ildiko served as a Lifestyle Director at Fred Lind Manor under Transforming Age from July 2020 to September 2021. Ildiko was responsible for developing and managing life enrichment programs for 85 assisted living residents and overseeing the annual department budget.
Before that, Ildiko worked at Parkshore from March 2017 to July 2020. Initially, they served as a Lifestyle/Activity Coordinator, responsible for organizing activities for residents. Starting their career, Ildiko worked at The Kenney as an Activities Program Assistant from September 2014 to March 2016, and prior to that, they served as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from October 2010 to September 2014.
