Gini Baustert

Gini Baustert has had a long and varied career in the field of human resources. Gini began their career in 1997 as a Credit Specialist at Avco Financial. In 1999, they became a Closing Manager at Exclusive Settlements, LLC, where they were responsible for preparing all closing paperwork, including HUD schedules, mortgage/deeds, payoffs, and other fees, as well as clearing title. In 2009, they became the Owner and Wedding Coordinator of Events by Gini, where they developed and designed events for clients, set up each event, and prepared flowers and other items needed per event. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Store Manager at Family Dollar, where they worked in a fast-paced retail environment and trained and educated staff on new and daily activities. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Human Resources Manager at Horizon Information Services.

Gini Baustert has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Robert Morris University, which they obtained in 1998. Gini also took classes in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Robert Morris University in 2005-2006. In 2006, they obtained a Teaching Certification of Business Education from Robert Morris University. In 2021, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources -PA DDAP certification from Recovery Centers of America. Currently, they are enrolled in online classes to obtain a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, and has obtained certifications in Preparing for the SHRM-CP Exam and Crisis Communication for HR from LinkedIn in 2022.
