Joan Gass

Joan Gass is a co-founder and co-executive director at Horizon Institute for Public Service, with a background that includes roles as CEA managing director and head of groups at Effective Ventures, and a senior associate consultant at Bain and Company. Gass has experience in the public sector, private equity, and financial services, and demonstrated strong leadership in previous roles, including a successful pilot program at Educate! that significantly reduced costs and expanded operations.
