Shane Benedicto

Shane Benedicto is an accomplished operations and delivery leader with extensive experience in managing technology and business functions across multiple organizations. Shane currently serves as the Director of Delivery and Operations at Horizon Labs since September 2025. Prior to this, Shane excelled as the Country Manager at TRIBE, successfully scaling startup operations in the Philippines and transforming customer service and IT operations, achieving significant improvements in response times and customer satisfaction. Shane's past roles include Chief Operating Officer at Sungtree Technologies Inc., Senior Manager at Macquarie Group, and Manager at Teradata, among others, where Shane demonstrated proficiency in project management, operations, vendor relations, and team leadership. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Programming from De La Salle University College of St. Benilde.
