Megan Phelan

Megan Phelan is an experienced professional in the digital media and advertising sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Product at blu within Horizon Media since January 2019. Previously, Megan held the position of Vice President of Data Solutions at PPK and was the Digital Media Director at Chacka Marketing.
