Nancy Starring Blucher

Nancy Starring Blucher is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as EVP, Managing Partner at Horizon Media since May 2012, following a role as SVP, Managing Director, with expertise in acquisition and branding campaigns across the automotive, retail, and QSR sectors.
