Margarita Vorobyeva has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Margarita started their career as a Childcare Provider in 2009 and worked in that role until 2015. In 2011, they worked as a Translator on a self-employed basis. Margarita then transitioned to the field of advertising and marketing, joining Banana Republic/GAP Inc. as a Brand Ambassador/Visuals from 2013 to 2015. Margarita also gained experience as a Marketing Intern and Account Planner at Pace University Advertising Team during the same period.

In 2015, Margarita joined Microsoft as a Consumer Product Advisor/Community Outreach, and in 2016 they interned as a Social Media/Marketing Intern at Alex Woo. Margarita then moved on to Spark Foundry, where they worked from 2016 to 2019. At Spark Foundry, Margarita held roles such as Assistant Media Planner, Media Manager, and Sr. Media Manager, specializing in strategy and media campaign optimization for clients in the healthcare and telecom industries.

After leaving Spark Foundry, Margarita joined Horizon Next in 2019 and held multiple positions, including Senior Strategist, Media Supervisor, Associate Director of Strategy, and currently works as the Director of Strategy & Planning.

Margarita Vorobyeva completed their high school education at Notre Dame Catholic High School from 2009 to 2012, earning a high school diploma. Margarita then pursued further studies at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Their degree focused on Business Marketing, with a concentration in Communications and Advertising. In 2014, Margarita also had the opportunity to study abroad at John Cabot University during the spring semester. Additionally, they briefly attended Norwalk Community College in 2014, where they studied business.
