Lance Will

Lance Will's work experience includes being the Vice President of Hospice Partnerships for Horizon Oxygen and Medical Equipment since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of National Accounts for National HME from 2011 to 2021. Before joining National HME, Lance worked as an Account Executive for Marriott International from 2007 to 2011.

Lance Will began their education at Aledo High School, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following their high school graduation, they attended Texas Tech University from 2002 to 2007. Lance obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management.
