Leadership Team

The Horizon Performance leadership team has a strong background in research and consulting. The team includes a Research Fellow from the Army Research Institute and a Senior Consultant from Ernst & Young. Both members of the team have degrees from North Carolina State University in Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
