Marilena M. has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Marilena is currently working as the Head of Finance-Post M&A Integration at Horizon Services, LLC, where they are responsible for coordinating post-acquisition integration for a group of companies. Marilena M. has a diverse education history. Marilena completed their Executive Education at Harvard Business School from 2008 to 2015, focusing on General Management. Prior to that, they obtained their PhD in Applied Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti between 2005 and 2010. In 1998 to 2000, Marilena pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Washington State & Assebus. In 2007, they attended Harvard Business School again, specializing in Strategic Agility and Strategic Financial Management. Earlier, from 2004 to 2006, they achieved a Master's degree in Finance and banking from Universitatea ARTIFEX din Bucuresti.
