Patrick McKeown

Patrick McKeown has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Patrick currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Horizon Services, LLC. Since joining Rentokil Initial in 2015, they have held multiple roles including Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards and Director, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing HR transformation, leading the implementation of HRIS solutions, and managing payroll compliance issues. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Aramark as a Senior Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Manager, where they supported district managers, managed employee relations and labor relations activities, and ensured compliance with HR policies and procedures. Patrick also worked as an Adjunct Professor at La Salle University. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, performance management, and compliance.

Patrick McKeown has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in HR from La Salle University. Patrick also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the same university.
