Karthik Bala

Karthik Bala has worked in the field of technology consulting for over 20 years. Karthik began their career in 1998 as a Programmer for Aira Computers. Karthik then moved on to become an Associate Consultant for Polaris Software Lab in 2000. Following this, they were a Technical Consultant for MFX Fairfax (TIG Insurance) and UnitedHealth Group in 2000 and 2003, respectively. In 2004, they joined DaimlerChrysler as a Technical Consultant, where they worked with SAP MM and SD. Karthik then joined Anadarko in 2005 as a Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for development, testing, and production support for all applications involving SAP R/3. In the same year, they also founded HorizonSoftSolutions, Inc., where they were the Founder/Director and worked to grow the organization into a global model. Finally, Karthik founded Horkus Construction, LLC in 2015, a commercial property development company located in The Woodlands, TX.

Karthik Bala has a long history of education. Karthik started with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras in 1992 and graduated in 1995. Karthik then pursued a Master of Business Administration from the New College Institute of Management from 1996 to 1998. Finally, they completed a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras from 1998 to 2001.
