Bill Harmon

Bill Harmon is the President and Co-Founder of Horizon Strategies, LLC. Prior to this, Bill held various leadership positions in both the government and private sectors, including CEO of Fortify, LLC and Chief of Plans at U.S. Africa Command. Harmon also served as a Senior Adviser at the U.S. Department of State and Deputy Director for Global Force Planning at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Bill holds a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
