Edward Bligh has extensive experience in logistics and military operations, stemming from their various roles with the US Marine Corps and other organizations. Beginning in 2004, they served as Assistant Chief of Staff G-4 for Marine Corps Forces supporting United States Strategic Command, and subsequent positions included Assistant Chief of Staff G-4 & Inspector General for 3d Marine Logistics Group, Commanding Officer for Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Division Chief for Joint Training and Exercises with U.S. European Command, and Chief of Staff for 3d Marine Logistics Group. More recently, Bligh has served as Vice President of Business Development and Capture for Horizon Strategies, LLC, and Senior Logistics Analyst for Valiant Services MSTP. Throughout these roles, they have successfully led teams of hundreds or thousands of people across various regions and implemented strategies that streamlined processes and improved efficiency.

Edward Bligh earned an AA in General Education from the University of Maryland in 1986. The following year, they enrolled at Chapman University, graduating with a BA in Social Science in 1989. Bligh pursued further studies at Webster University in 1994, earning an MA in Management in 1996. In 2010, they began attending the U.S. Naval War College, obtaining an MA in National Security and Strategy the following year.
