Kamil (Kam) Michlewski, PhD FRSA, is a seasoned professional in business strategy, innovation, and design management, currently serving as Founder and Co-CEO of Horizon Strategy since May 2020, where expertise includes CX strategy, design thinking, and strategic marketing for executives in large tech and telecommunications firms. Previously, Kamil held key roles at Oxford Catapult and Human Innovation, focusing on innovative solutions and brand strategy integration. With extensive consulting experience at The Value Engineers, Kamil addressed complex marketing challenges for notable clients, and served as a Senior Lecturer in Business Strategy at Northumbria University. Kamil's academic credentials include a PhD in Organisation Science from Northumbria University and a Doctor of Philosophy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
