Timm Woodgeard has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Timm began their career in the US Army as a 31F from May 1998 to December 2001. Timm then worked as a System Performance Engineer at Horizon PCS from January 2002 to June 2003, where they monitored and analyzed cellular network system data, maintained the network database, and created UNIX scripts.
Following this, Timm joined Pitney Bowes in August 2004 and served as a Customer Service Representative until June 2012. In this role, they conducted equipment maintenance and repairs, performed preventative maintenance, and resolved customer-reported problems.
Timm then transitioned to Horizon Telcom in June 2012, initially working as a Network Technician. In this position, they managed network provisioning, installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical proposal presentations to clients. Timm continued with Horizon Telcom and progressed to the role of Network System Administrator from June 2015 to March 2022, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of fiber optic and copper networks.
Most recently, Timm took on the role of Manager of Information Technology Operations at Horizon Telcom in February 2022. In this position, they lead a team responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service level targets, and enhancing the organization's relationship with IT.
Timm Woodgeard earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology from Liberty University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including Netsmart 1500 User - NS1500 from Fujitsu Network Communications in November 2012, A+ from CompTIA in February 2005, Fundamental of the UNIX Command Line - UNIX 1 from Global Knowledge Training in February 2001, and System Administration - UNIX 2, also from Global Knowledge Training, in February 2001.
