Melvin Jellesma

Melvin Jellesma is the CEO and founder of Horizon Telecom, an international telecom-as-a-service provider established in 2014, which serves over 200 clients globally. Jellesma also serves as the Strategic Director and founder of Resale Partners, a middleware platform for managing Telecom and ICT suppliers with over 100 integrations. Previously, Jellesma held roles such as Strategic Director (a.i.) at Pocos, where a successful transformation increased monthly recurring revenue by over 270%, and Director of Operations at SB Business Communicatie, where a merger of three companies was successfully executed. As COO of VB Telecom, Jellesma built the company from the ground up, growing it to over 60 employees and achieving more than 10 million in annual revenue within five years. Jellesma's career also includes marketing and business management experience at SB Groep and freelancing in B2B telesales. Jellesma holds a Bachelor of Economics from Arnhem Business School and has a background in IT from Technisch College.
