Samara Jaffe

Samara Jaffe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic advisory roles across various industries. As Co-Founder and General Manager of Transform Media since July 2017, Samara has played a pivotal role in connecting leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors to shape the future of work. Currently serving as Strategic Advisor and Head of HR Venture Advisors at SemperVirens Venture Capital, and Advisor for Zeeon, Samara is actively involved in creating innovative solutions in the social metaverse space. Previous leadership positions include EVP and Managing Director at Connectiv, Managing Director at InsureTech Connect, and Chief of Staff at NextCustomer, among others. Samara has also contributed to various organizations as a board member and trustee, and holds a BA in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Southern California.
