Troy Webb has extensive work experience in finance and administration, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management, and financial/accounting controls and policies. Troy has held various leadership roles in companies such as Horizons Incorporated, Lokring Technology LLC, Stam, Inc., and Avery Dennison Corporation. Throughout their career, they have overseen operational and financial metrics, managed resources, and successfully integrated acquired businesses. Additionally, Troy has expertise in plant-level financial management and has participated in Six Sigma projects.

Troy Webb received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance, from John Carroll University, spanning from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they pursued an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, graduating between 1993 and 1996.
