Chad Gayken is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and management. Currently serving as a Sr. Corporate Apps QA Engineer at Horizontal Talent since January 2023, Chad focuses on writing Test Plans and Test Cases while providing test metrics to management. Previously, as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Urban FT, Chad ensured high-quality oversight of financial software systems. Chad's experience also includes roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Medtronic, where test cases were implemented based on user stories, and as a Software Test Engineer at Isos Technology, where complex ecommerce testing objectives were identified. Earlier in the career at Experis, Chad worked as a Lead Manual QA Analyst and a Junior QA Analyst on Citibank projects, employing various testing tools and methodologies. Chad holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University.
