Mithran N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mithran started their career at Western Digital as a Research and Development Engineer, where they designed and fabricated components for HDD assembly. Mithran then moved on to work at the University of Malaya as a Research Analyst, conducting research on creativity and critical thinking projects. After that, they joined Kenshido International as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on identifying and securing new accounts and building relationships with customers. At TEKsystems, they worked as a Consultant, managing key accounts and providing IT staffing solutions for MNC organizations. Currently, they are employed at Horizontal Talent as a Market Director, responsible for overseeing business operations.

Mithran N.'s education history begins in 2004 when they attended Monash University. Mithran studied Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering and obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in 2008. Following this, they pursued further education by attending the University of Southern Queensland from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
