Pallayya Batchu currently serves as Vice President of Global Technology Services at Horizontal Talent since November 2023. Previously, Pallayya held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Lehr Health from August to October 2022, focusing on technology strategy and the development of a health insurance platform. Pallayya spent nearly 14 years at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) from September 2008 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading SAP digital transformation initiatives and managing multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Intelligroup Inc, Consultant at SummitWorks Technologies, Assistant Manager at Deloitte, and Programmer at Recursion Software Ltd.
