Shweta Kashyap has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Shweta started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys India Ltd. in 2002, where they focused on reaching customers and raising revenues for AT&T.

In 2003, they joined All Serve Systems India Ltd. as a Quality Analyst, where they played a crucial role in providing quality settings and requirements for new processes. Shweta also monitored calls and provided feedback to agents, team leaders, and the training department.
