Michael R. Radke

Michael R. Radke is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Since January 2017, Michael serves as the CEO of HÖRMANN Gruppe, a highly diversified company with sales of 620 million Euros. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Sales, Technology & Operations and Vice Chairman at Leistritz AG from January 2007 to March 2016. Michael also served as CEO of HEINKEL Process Technology GmbH, a global leader in high-end fluid-solid-separation systems for the pharmaceutical industry, from May 2001 to July 2005. Earlier, Michael worked at KSB Aktiengesellschaft in various roles, leading to the Head of Business Unit "Water & Sewage Pumps," and began a career in research and academia as a Senior Research Fellow and Associate Lecturer at Technische Universität Berlin. Michael holds a PhD in Turbomachinery and Fluid Dynamics and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Michael completed an executive management program at St. Gallen in 1980.
