Dirk Fell

Dirk Fell serves as the President & CEO of Hörmann North America, a role they have held since 2021. They previously led Northwest Door, LLC as President from 2019 to 2023. Earlier in their career, they were Prokurist at Swecon Baumaschinen GmbH (2003–2006), where they built the service and after-sales organization and led the technical areas, and collaborated with Volvo on establishing a central spare-parts warehouse and connecting dealers to the Swecon network. They also served as Managing Director APAC for Hörmann from 2011 to 2019, and held project leadership roles at Philipp Holzmann AG from 1994 to 2003, including supervision as an authorized signatory of overseas projects from the corporate headquarters. They earned a Dipl.-Ing., Maschinenbau from Ruhr-Universität Bochum (1988–1994) and studied Maschinenbau at Chalmers tekniska högskola (1993–1994).
