Laura Benner

Laura Benner is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over two decades of experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Principal - Director of Talent Acquisition at Bessemer Trust since October 2021, Laura oversees the talent acquisition function, emphasizing the full life cycle of recruiting and enhancing both hiring manager and candidate experiences. Prior to this role, Laura spent two decades at Tiffany & Co., where responsibilities included establishing a centralized recruitment function and serving as a business partner to various organizational sectors. Laura also held various HR roles at Tiffany & Co., contributing to the staffing and human resources functions across different business units. Beginning a career at Citi Group as an Assistant Vice President and Recruiter, Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
