VP, Retail Marketing - Snacking & Entertainment at Hormel Foods

As vice president for Retail Marketing – Snacking and Entertainment, Henry Hsia is responsible for managing all brand-building marketing activities for the Hormel Foods portfolio of snacking and entertainment brands, including Planters®, Corn Nuts®, Hormel® Pepperoni, Hormel Gatherings® and Columbus® craft meats.

Hsia joined Hormel Foods in 2018 as a marketing lead at Columbus Craft Meats, shortly after the company acquired the premium deli-meat enterprise, and was promoted to director of marketing in 2020. Prior to Hormel Foods, he established a track record of exceptional results in marketing leadership positions at Ghirardelli, Basic American Foods, Otis Spunkmeyer and Clorox. Hsia assumed his current role in 2022.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston College, a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and an executive certificate in management and leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
