Kathryn Alms

Kathryn Alms is an experienced professional in product management and supply chain operations with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Associate Product Co-Manufacturing Manager at Hormel Foods since March 2024, Kathryn previously held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Justin's from September 2017 to April 2024. Prior to that, Kathryn worked at Cabela's in various roles including Technical Services Manager for Raw Materials and Color, Materials Development Supervisor, Material Specialist II, and Trim Specialist, contributing significantly to raw materials development, procurement, and quality testing. Kathryn began their career as a Lead Pattern Maker at Princess Paradise, developing patterns from concept to production. Kathryn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textile and Apparel Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in 2010.
