Todd Novotny

Todd Novotny has extensive experience in sales and business development within the consumer packaged goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Walmart & Sam's Fresh Meat and Deli at Hormel Foods, Todd Novotny previously held roles including Team Lead for Hormel Deli Sales and Customer Business Manager. Prior to Hormel, Todd Novotny was a Business Development Manager at The Gorilla Glue Company and Customer Business Manager at Conagra Brands, where responsibilities included managing customer strategies for frozen brands. Todd Novotny's early career included positions as Key Account Manager and Demand Planning Manager at Hero Benelux, as well as a Sales and Replenishment Analyst for Walmart. Todd Novotny holds a BS in Marketing and Communication from the University of Arkansas.
