Adam Shrives

Adam Shrives has extensive experience in the maritime industry, with a focus on business development and marine operations. Adam has held positions such as Vice President of Business Development and Sr. Director of Business Development at HORNBECK OFFSHORE®. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Marine Operations and Offshore Wind at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC. Adam also worked at Noble Drilling, where they held roles including Marine Operations Director and Marine Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Hornbeck Offshore as an Operations Manager and Vessel Group Manager. Adam Shrives also has experience serving as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Additionally, they have worked as a Marine Surveyor at Captain I.S. Derrick LLC and served as a Second Officer and Dynamic Positioning Operator at McDermott International Inc. Adam started their career in various shipping lines as a Cadet and 3rd Officer.

Adam Shrives attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation.
