Jose Ramon Alvarez Bermudez

Jose Ramon Alvarez Bermudez is an experienced marine engineer with a diverse background in various engineering roles within the offshore industry. Currently serving as a Second Engineer Officer at Hornbeck Offshore since February 2021, Jose has previously held positions including Primer Ingeniero at Ultramar Carga and Assistance Engineer at Hornbeck Offshore. Additional experience includes roles as Second Engineer at Oceanografia and POSH Semco Pte Ltd, as well as Engineer Cadet roles at Pemex and Oceanografia. Jose completed a degree in Engineer Officer and Naval Engineering from the Merchant Marine Academy Fernando Siliceo y Torres, graduating in 2011.
