Mitchell Garon is a seasoned professional in fleet personnel management with extensive experience in the offshore industry. Currently serving as Fleet Personnel Manager at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® since March 2022, Mitchell oversees Crew Coordinators and collaborates with recruitment and operations to ensure vessels are adequately crewed to comply with company, client, and Coast Guard standards.
