Louisa Evans

Louisa Evans, PhD, currently serves as a Board Trustee at Canterbury Food Bank CIO and holds the position of Head of Customer Loyalty and Retention at Hornby Hobbies Ltd. Previously, Louisa was Vice President - Intelligence at a VC-funded startup, focusing on in-store customer experience analytics and competitive intelligence. Louisa's experience includes a role as Commercial Marketing Manager at Brakes Group, overseeing a team to optimize marketing and loyalty activities across the UK market, and as EU Account Director at Capillary Technologies, where responsibility included developing loyalty programs to enhance customer retention. Early roles include Senior Client Manager at Interbrand and Senior Research Executive at Kantar Health, complemented by foundational experiences within the Royal Navy. Louisa holds a PhD in Neuropharmacology from Imperial College London and has completed executive leadership programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and Imperial Business School.
