Deena Hess

Deena Hess is an experienced OnBase Developer currently working at HORNE since October 2022. Previously, Deena worked at Strive Consulting from April 2022 to December 2022, and at the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) from September 2013 to July 2022 as an ECM Developer, where responsibilities included administering, maintaining, and developing the OnBase ECM solution, as well as creating human resource processes for recruitment and employee performance management. Earlier in her career, Deena served as an Information Analyst for the City of Spokane from July 2006 to August 2013. Deena holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Washington University and an Associate of Applied Science in Web Development from Spokane Community College.
