Steve Carter

Steve Carter serves as the Director and Full Potential Coach at Horne LLP since March 2013, leading the internal coaching program and supporting team members in achieving their career and personal growth goals. Prior to this role, Steve held various leadership positions at Deloitte from 1989 to 2012, focusing on operations excellence, policy compliance, and internal auditing. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University, along with prior education at the University of Houston.
